End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Program4PC Inc.

Program4PC Inc. (“Program4PC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) governs your installation and use of Program4PC software products (“Software”).

By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Program4PC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software in accordance with this EULA.

Each purchased license permits activation and use on one computer at a time. Activation may require a valid Activation Code and verification through Program4PC's licensing servers.

A license may be transferred to a replacement or different computer only with prior approval or assistance from Program4PC support. Transferring a license does not permit simultaneous use on multiple computers.

The Software is licensed, not sold. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the Software or its intellectual property rights to you.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or lend the Software without prior written authorization from Program4PC, except as permitted by applicable law.
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by applicable law.
  • Share, sell, or disclose your Activation Code to unauthorized persons, or allow others to use your license without authorization.
  • Circumvent digital rights management (DRM), copy protection, or other technological protection measures in violation of applicable law.
  • Use the Software to copy, convert, edit, or distribute content without the necessary ownership rights, permissions, or other legal authorization.
  • Use the Software for unlawful purposes, including infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software and any content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Program4PC Inc. and its licensors retain all applicable intellectual property rights in the Software, including its source code, design, graphics, trademarks, and related materials.

The Software is licensed, not sold. Purchasing or using the Software does not transfer ownership of the Software or any associated intellectual property rights to you.

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, audio files, and other content you create or edit using the Software, to the extent you hold the rights to that content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Program4PC's trademarks, logos, or other protected materials without prior written authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Updates and Upgrades

Program4PC may release software updates, bug fixes, security improvements, or new versions from time to time.

The Software may automatically check for available updates when launched. Certain updates may be required to maintain compatibility, security, or access to specific features.

Minor updates and bug fixes may be provided at no additional charge for your licensed software version.

Major version upgrades require a separate purchase unless otherwise expressly stated by Program4PC.

A lifetime license permits continued use of the purchased software version, subject to this EULA. It does not include free major version upgrades or guarantee indefinite updates, compatibility, or technical support.

Program4PC does not guarantee that updates, new versions, or technical support will remain available indefinitely.

5. Termination

This EULA remains effective unless terminated in accordance with its terms.

Program4PC may suspend or terminate your software license if you violate this EULA or the applicable Terms and Conditions.

Where reasonably appropriate, Program4PC may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the violation before termination.

Program4PC may suspend or terminate a license immediately when reasonably necessary to address serious violations, fraud, unauthorized license distribution, security threats, or unlawful activities, subject to applicable law.

Upon termination of your license, you must stop using the affected Software and uninstall it from your computers.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Any refund request will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Program4PC does not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, operating system, or software configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Program4PC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits any warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Program4PC Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Software. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Program4PC's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid to Program4PC for the affected Software license.

Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Nothing in this EULA limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country or place of residence.

9. Third-Party Software

The Software may include or use third-party software components, including open-source libraries such as FFmpeg.

These components may be subject to separate license terms, copyright notices, and other requirements established by their respective licensors.

FFmpeg is an open-source multimedia framework distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) or GNU General Public License (GPL), depending on its configuration and included components.

Information about FFmpeg, its source code, and applicable licensing terms is available at https://ffmpeg.org.

Nothing in this EULA limits any rights granted to you under applicable third-party open-source licenses. Where required, Program4PC will provide applicable notices, license information, and access to corresponding source code in accordance with those licenses.

10. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with Program4PC's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitutes the agreement between you and Program4PC concerning the Software and related services.

If this EULA and the Terms and Conditions conflict regarding software licensing or usage rights, this EULA controls for those matters, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these agreements limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
