Program4PC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software in accordance with the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA).

Each purchased software license permits activation and use on one computer at a time. Software activation may require a valid Activation Code.

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute our software without prior written authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

Your use of the software is subject to the additional conditions and restrictions described in the EULA.

You agree not to use Program4PC software or services to:

• Infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Circumvent digital rights management (DRM), copy protection, or other technological protection measures in violation of applicable law.
• Copy, convert, edit, or distribute content without the necessary ownership rights, permissions, or other legal authorization.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Program4PC software without prior written authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Program4PC Inc. and its licensors retain all applicable intellectual property rights in Program4PC software, products, trademarks, logos, website content, and related materials.

Purchasing or using our software does not transfer ownership of the software or any associated intellectual property rights to you.

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, audio files, and other content you create or edit using our software, to the extent you hold the rights to that content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Program4PC trademarks, logos, or other protected materials without prior written authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

Program4PC software licenses are sold as one-time purchases unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout. Prices and applicable payment terms are displayed before purchase.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable payment provider's terms and conditions.

After successful payment, you will receive the software license information and Activation Code associated with your purchase.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on our website, and applicable consumer protection laws.

Program4PC may release software updates, bug fixes, security improvements, or new versions from time to time.

Our software may automatically check for available updates when launched.

Minor updates and bug fixes may be provided for existing licensed versions. Major version upgrades require a separate purchase unless otherwise expressly stated by Program4PC.

Program4PC does not guarantee that updates, new versions, or technical support will remain available indefinitely.

Technical support is available through the support options provided on our official website.

Program4PC may suspend or terminate your software license if you violate these Terms or the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA).

Where reasonably appropriate, Program4PC may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the violation before termination.

Upon termination of your license, you must stop using the affected software and uninstall it from your devices.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Any refund request will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Program4PC software, websites, and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Program4PC does not guarantee that its software or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, operating system, or software configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Program4PC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Program4PC Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, our software, websites, or services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Program4PC's total liability for any claim arising from or related to a particular product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Program4PC for that product or service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your use of Program4PC software, websites, and services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share information.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Program4PC may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.

When we update these Terms, we will publish the revised version on our website and update the “Last updated” date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain your consent before material changes take effect.

Changes to these Terms will not remove rights that you have under applicable law or alter existing software license rights where such changes are not legally permitted.
